We hope that you as a guest will share our simple values, which are reflected in the hotel policy.

During the construction and the day-to-day running of the hotel, we are trying to minimize the use of materials, water and electricity to tread lightly on the environment. For example, we used as much reclaimed wood from old buildings as we could find. To save electricity we have taken care to allow natural air flow through the building in for example the stair cases, bathrooms, and the bar and breakfast areas, to minimize the need for air conditioning. We are also asking our guests to follow simple water and energy saving measures. 

Our hotel does not allow sex workers on the premises and to do our small part in social protection, we are cooperating closely with the authorities to take action on any suspicions of child abuse.

We only employ Lao staff and provide fair salaries and opportunities for advancement and salary increase over time. Our personnel management ensures safe working conditions, encourages team work, and enables staff to influence their own work and the way we are running the hotel.
